Return of Goods
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product that you received was damaged, or the product was delivered at the wrong address, or you weren’t satisfied with the results of the product, then your order is eligible for return.
You can contact us via our Email ID or Contact Number listed on the website. Our customer support team will reach out you (if you call us during non-business hours) and make sure that your questions are answered.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If the information provided to us doesn’t match your claim or if a refund is initiated after 30 days (of receiving of the product), your refund shall not be processed.
The whole Refund Process can take anywhere around 10-12 days.
